Raw milk Heat treated clarified /65°C/ and separated milk /0÷4°C/ Full fat milk /0÷4°C/ Skimmed milk /0÷4°C/ Cream /0÷4°C/
The quantity of incoming milk is measured with DONI®Receive/1/ before going for heat treatment processing called "thermization" in DONI®Therm/3/ which has an integrated separator – clarifier/4/, a separator for the removal of bacteria/5/ and a cream separator/6/. Thermization is carried out at a temperature of 65 °С with a holding time of 15 seconds and cooling to 4°C which does not destroy the alkaline phosphtase. With this treatment the development of microorganisms is reduced and after bactofugation, pasteurization and cooling of the cream, the fractions (whole milk, skimmed milk and cream) can be stored for up to 48h before further processing.
Before being put into production these three fractions are automatically and in-line mixed in DONI®Stinline, to get the required mixtures. The mixtures are then pasteurized for further processing.
When using this reception type, the client does not need to invest in buying cream separators for the pasteurization sectors.
Level of automation: LLA, MLA, HLA, CIP cleaning.
