The cooling in DONI®Cool H/1/ horizontal tank is usually used in large farms and rarely in milk collection centres. Sometimes they are installed in small milk processing factories, when the factories process their own milk coming from a nearby farm. Their number is determined by the total milk quantity and the 24hr milking cycles. If there are two milking cycles then DONI®Cool H/1/ is supplied with the capacity to cool half its total volume in 3hrs, and if there are four milking cycles then it can cool a quarter of its full volume.
DONI®Cool H is supplied with a cleaning system and it needs to be connected to water and detergent supply.
