The cooling in DONI®Cool V/1/ vertical tanks is usually used in small dairy farms and milk collection centres. Their number is determined by the total milk quantity and the 24hr milking cycles. If there are two milking cycles then DONI®Cool V/1/ is supplied with the capacity to cool half its total volume in 3hrs, and If there are four milking cycles then it can cool a quarter of its full volume.
DONI®Cool V are not supplied with a cleaning system, therefore several tanks are combined with one cleaning system DONI®Pro CIP L.
