GENERAL INFORMATION







Heat processed milk and cream either natural or with added ingredients, are a staple at every table. The thermal processing preserves the nutritional qualities of the product and makes it safe for immediate consumption if used within the use by date set by the manufacturer. DONIDO® lines are provided with all the components required in order to cover the entire range of pasteurised and sterilised dairy products:
- pasteurised and sterilised milk and cream with a fat content from 0,1% to 3,6% for milk and from 6% to 30% for cream;
- pasteurised and sterilised milk with fruit and other added ingredients;
- pasteurised and sterilised products of reconstituted milk
The packaging range is guaranteed by DONIDO® in cooperation with the best Bulgarian and European manufacturer of packaging equipment. The shelf life of pasteurised dairy products produced using quality raw ingredients and a high level of manufacturing hygiene ranges from 7 to 10 days in a refrigerator at/2°÷ 4°С/. The shelf life of sterilised products is up to 6 months at room temperature. DONIDO® lines DONIMILK® are offered with three levels of automation: low LLA, medium MLA and high HLA. DONIDO® offers clients a completed installation of DONIMILK® lines or we can supply separate modules including design, installation and initial start up.
